Corrections & Clarifications: An earlier version of this story incorrectly stated Princess Anne’s number of children. She has two children and four grandchildren.

Princess Anne, the only daughter of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip, is making headlines following Buckingham Palace’s reception with NATO leaders.

Anne, 69, is the mother to two children, including the queen’s eldest granddaughter, Zara Phillips Tindall. Formally known as Anne, The Princess Royal, she was the first member of the royal family to have competed in the Olympics when she rode the queen’s horse in the three-day equestrian event in 1976. She also holds the rank of Admiral and Chief Commandant of Women in the Royal Navy.

Princess Anne is 14th in line to the British throne and doesn’t often create major buzz. Here are a few reasons why she’s in the spotlight.

Princess Anne talks with guests during a reception at Buckingham Palace as leaders gather to mark 70 years of the alliance during the NATO Summit in London.

Princess Anne was seen talking with Justin Trudeau, other world leaders

A video captured by pool cameras that surfaced following the palace reception shows Princess Anne standing with several leaders appearing to chuckle about President Donald Trump behind his back.

The recording, first shared by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, captures snippets of a conversation between French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Princess Anne.

The princess, mostly blocked by Rutte, is not heard saying anything, though she leans forward toward Johnson near the end of the clip.

She shrugged at Queen Elizabeth

Another video from the event, which made the rounds on Twitter Wednesday morning, showed Princess Anne giving a goofy shrug to Queen Elizabeth II after her mother looked toward her while meeting President Trump and the first lady.

The U.K. tabloids had a field day with the video with headlines that said “Princess Anne shrugs as The Queen scolds her during Trump greeting’” and “Princess Anne gets told off by the Queen as she meets Donald Trump.” But a longer version of the clip shows Anne escorting the Trumps inside, and royal watchers stood up for the princess.
